BEHIND THE SCENES OF LEATHER

Split leather or suede leather: Leather whose upper part, called the "grain", has been removed. The hide is then coated with a pigmented protective layer, which gives it additional texture and protection.

Glazed leather: Leather treated with a varnish or glazing, which hides imperfections and makes the surface smooth and shiny. This process protects the leather but reduces its natural suppleness.

Nappa leather: Leather treated with a synthetic protection that corrects visible flaws and enhances its appearance. It is generally used for smooth leathers, offering an elegant and uniform finish.

Embossed leather: This nappa leather has been pressed to recreate a crocodile pattern on the surface. A refined finish that combines texture, character, and a decorative touch.

CLEMENTINE’S INSIGHTS, OUR STYLIST

At Maison 123, each season celebrates an elegant and multifaceted femininity through pieces that combine style, comfort, and timelessness.

The Fall/Winter 2025 leather goods collection embraces this vision with bags designed as true everyday companions, carefully crafted from noble materials and refined finishes, sourced from our factories in India and Italy.

The contrasts of textures — luminous glazed leather, soft suede, warm shearling, sophisticated croco embossing — highlight Maison 123’s craftsmanship, while jewel-like gold and brushed brass hardware add a subtle touch of radiance.

From the practical large shoulder format to the lightweight mini version, the six lines — LUCIEN, LÉONARD, LÉON, LOUIS, LOU, and GABY — reflect Maison 123’s desire to offer every woman a bag that accompanies her life moments with authenticity, boldness, and modernity.
