ZERO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC

We are committed to reducing the impact of all of our packaging by reducing its use and eliminating all single-use plastic components. 100% of our store bags are made from mixed FSC certified paper. Our e-commerce packaging contains 30% recycled paper, thus reducing the weight of our packaging by 4.

A COMMITMENT TO ZERO SINGLE-USE PLASTIC

Our e-commerce packaging received a facelift in 2020. We eliminated all plastic from the pouches, now opting for a recycled kraft material.

At group level, 500 tonnes of single-use plastic have been eliminated each year. From plastic hangers, e-commerce shipping pouches, shopping bags, etc. Our "zero single-use plastic" objective and commitment will reach our customers in 2025.

ECO-DESIGNED PACKAGING

Eco-design work is performed within the teams to reduce the environmental footprint of our packaging. We are committed to stopping supplies of textile and paper fibres from ancient and endangered forests and work with our partner Canopy in this area, as can be seen in our letter of commitment.

Today, 100% of our store bags are made from mixed FSC certified paper, a blend of recycled paper and paper from sustainably managed forests. Our new e-commerce packaging now contains 30% recycled paper, thus reducing the weight of our packaging by 4.

PAPERLESS CHECKOUT RECEIPTS

We have systematically offered our customers a paperless receipt since 2016 in order to limit paper consumption and waste production. In 2021: 70% of receipts are paperless.
