Ingredients (for one glass of juice):

- 25 cl of acai juice and mango juice 

- 5 cl of coconut water

- 2 cl of pineapple juice 

- A slice of mango (garnish)

Preparation:

1 / Put ice cubes in the shaker for extra freshness, add the acai juice, mango juice and coconut water.

2/ Close the shaker and shake well for a few seconds.

3/ Serve your preparation in a smoothie glass and add a mango wedge as decoration on the edge of the glass.

Enjoy your juice with Brazilian flavours.

Ingredients: 

- 300 grams of organic acai pulp 

- 100 grams of raspberries 

- 50 grams of blackberries  

- 2 bananas 

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable milk 

- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey 

Equipment:

Preparation:

1/ Cut the acai pulp into small pieces.

2/ Add all the other ingredients to the blender. The mixture should become homogenous and smooth.

3/ Add the milk and agave syrup according to your taste. 

Enjoy your bowl for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients (for one person):

- A teaspoon of matcha 

- Half a cup of hot water 

- Half a cup of milk 

- Sugar or a pinch of cinnamon 

- 30 ml of cold water 

Preparation: 

1/ Pour 30 ml of cold water into a container with a teaspoon of matcha. 

2/ Using a whisk, mix in a V and not in a circle. The powder must disappear completely. The surface should have small bubbles

3/ If you like, you can pour hot water into this mixture according to preference

4/ Add the hot milk 

5/Sprinkle with sugar or a pinch of cinnamon depending on your preference 

6/ Serve it all in a smoothie glass

More than just a matcha, a moment of peace and calm to be savoured.

Ingredients: 

- 1 egg 

- 60 grams of yoghurt 

- 25 grams of grated Parmesan cheese 

- 25 grams of grated Emmental cheese 

- 200 grams of cassava flour

- 5 tablespoons of oil 

- Fine salt 

Preparation: 

1/ Place the cassava flour into a bowl and heat five tablespoons of salted water. Add the hot water, mixing the preparation by hand. Crumble with your fingers so that the flour is moistened. 

2/ Heat the oil then add it to the wet flour, mixing with a kitchen utensil

3/ Add the 60 grams of yoghurt then mix by hand. Then break the egg into a container and beat it with a fork, then incorporate it into your initial preparation. Knead until the dough is soft enough to form balls. 

4/ Add the grated Parmesan and Emmental while mixing. 

5/ Preheat your oven to 230°. Now form small balls about 4cm in diameter. To do this, you need to roll small pieces of dough between your fingers.

6/ To finish your preparation, place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the balls you have prepared on it. Then lower the temperature of the oven to 180°. Put everything in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the cooking, the balls should be puffy and golden.

Ingredients: 

- 1 lime

- 4 white fish fillets 

- 3 cloves of garlic 

- 2 onions 

- 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper 

- 2 tomatoes 

- 1 small chilli pepper 

- 20 cl of coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon palm oil 

- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro 

- Olive oil and Salt 

Preparation: 

1/ Arrange the fish fillets in a dish then drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Then, add a pinch of salt and marinate your preparation in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 

2/ Chop the onions and garlic. Deseed the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Cut your two tomatoes into thin slices. Lastly, stem and chop the chilli. 

 

3/ Pour a little olive oil into a pan and heat over medium heat, then sauté the peppers and onions for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chilli and tomatoes. Lay out the marinated fish, sprinkle with coconut milk and salt. Partially cover and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly so as not to "break" the fish.

4/ Finally, add the palm oil and sprinkle with chopped coriander according to taste.

Ingredients: 

- 50 grams of powdered sugar 

- 1 litre of skimmed milk 

- 250 grams of grated coconut 

- 2 glasses of white hominy 

- 4 cinnamon sticks 

- 4 cloves 

- Cinnamon powder 

Preparation: 

1/ On the day before preparation, soak the white hominy in a large container of cold water. Soaking time is about 12 hours.

2/ Next day, drain the white hominy and put it in a 1 litre pot of water with the cinnamon sticks, cloves and a pinch of salt.

3/ Cover and cook over a low heat for about 1 hour until the water is completely absorbed.

4/ Once the hominy is cooked, pour on the milk and bring to the boil, without the lid.

5/ Add the grated coconut and sugar while mixing until you get a creamy texture.

6/ Remove the cinnamon sticks 

7/ Pour your “canjica” into small containers then sprinkle with cinnamon powder according to taste
